Alles über Pandas

In Chengdu sind wir in den Pandapark gegangen mit der U-Bahn und dem Bus. Erstmal haben wir einem Panda beim Essen zugeschaut. Pandas essen Bambus. Eigentlich sind sie Allesfresser, aber am liebsten essen sie Bambus. Da war ausserdem ein Bär, der ist ganz faul rumgelegen. Dem hab ich zugeschaut.

Und da ist sogar ein Panda den Baum hochgekletter! Obwohl der so einen dicken Po hat! Neben dem Baum, wo der Panda hochgeklettert ist, war eine Wasserstelle, da konnten die rumplantschen und trinken.

Dann war da ein Innengehege, da haben die Pandas gekackt! Iiiiiiieh!

Und wir waren in der Station, wo die kleinen Babypandas waren. Die waren soooo klein und hatten noch gar kein richtiges Fell. Die waren noch ganz pink behaart. Der Babypanda war 2 Wochen alt! Und wir haben im Pandakindergarten einen Panda auf dem Baum faul liegen gesehen!

Dann sind wir zu den Roten Pandas gegangen; die eigentlich 44 Jahre vor den Großen Pandas entdeckt wurden. Die Roten Pandas sind keine echten Bären, die sind eine ganz andere Tierfamilie. Die eigentlich zu der Familie der Katzenbären gehören.

Wir waren dann noch in der Pandaküche. Da gabs für die Pandas zu essen: Pandabrot, Äpfel und Bambus natürlich!

All about pandas

In Chengdu, we went to the Panda Park by subway and bus. First, we watched a panda eating. Pandas eat bamboo. Actually they are omnivores, but their favorite food is bamboo. There was also a bear lying around lazily. I watched him.

And there was even a panda climbing up the tree! Even though he has such a big bumbum! Next to the tree where the panda climbed up, there was a watering hole where they could splash around and drink.

Then there was an indoor enclosure where the pandas pooped! Ewww!

And we went to the station where the little baby pandas were raised. They were soooo small and had no real fur. They still had pink hair. The baby panda was 2 weeks old! And we saw a panda lying lazy on the tree in the panda kindergarten!

Then we went to see the red pandas; which were actually discovered 44 years before the giant pandas. The red pandas are not real bears, they are a completely different animal family. They actually belong to the cat bear family.

We also went to the panda kitchen. There was food for the pandas: panda bread, apples, and bamboo, of course.
